What do you do to improve my credit?

Credit Doctor Company uses The Fair Credit Reporting Act that allows a consumer to challenge the information on his or her credit report on the basis of completeness and accuracy. The credit bureaus are required to complete the investigation within a reasonable period of time. This time period has been set at thirty days. If, after an investigation by the credit bureau, the disputed information is found to be inaccurate or can no longer be verified, the credit bureau shall promptly delete such information. In theory, the disputation process should be simple, but many consumers quickly discover that creditors and debt collectors can make the process more difficult than they imagined.

Can I view my reports and progress at anytime?

Yes! You are given access to our interactive member credit restoration portal and able to see your personal and unique results and progress at anytime! You also have access to your credit coordinator through our member credit restoration portal and during Support Hours.

As we work to improve your credit, the credit bureaus will send updated copies of your credit reports directly to your home. So, when you have items removed or improved, you will see them first on your subsequent credit report. Additionally, you may always log into our member service credit restoration portal at anytime and have access to all your personal file information.

Can I upgrade to a different service level or change my billing info at any time?

Yes! You can switch service levels at any time. You may contact our support team by phone (877-249-2199) for a pro-rated adjustment of your payment.

What other steps can I personally do to make the process go faster?

Credit Doctor Company works diligently to improve their member’s credit reports.  Our members must realize that this is a process and nothing happens overnight, but results will show within 30-45 days.  We also offer unlimited fax capabilities a service that will allow our members to fax their updated credit files to us to expedite the process.  The sooner we receive the credit reports the sooner we work on improving them.

Will my credit card be charged today?

Yes.  Your processing fee will be charged today. You are given access to our member credit restoration portal. For deferred payment of your processing fee for up to 15 days! Call (877) 249-2199 and speak with one of our friendly representatives.

What is included in this service?

We begin by entering all our members’ credit information in our databases and developing a strategic plan in ridding negative questionable items from their credit reports directly with the credit bureaus. Depending on the number of questionable items on your credit reports, this step will be repeated for each subsequent month. (Members who have selected an upgraded level of service will receive additional credit restoration services.)

Is there a processing fee?

Yes. There is a processing fee.

What kind of commitment do I have to make?

You pay as you go (month-to-month) and cancel at any time, without penalties or cancellation fees. All money paid is for work performed the previous month as required by law. The only true commitment you should make is to forward your updated credit files to us in a timely fashion.  These are YOUR results!
